It's been a while since I did a challenge and the one on Stamping on Tuesdays was fun and easy. But what I like about these different challenges is that they give you a template to make a card so different than what you would normally do. It helps you to not get in a rut which I find myself doing from time to time. So this is a 5x5 inch card with layers of Summer Starfruit and Whisper White card stock. I then got my Big Shot (113439) and used my Paper Doily Sizzlits L (125592) and cut out the image with Summer Starfruit card stock. The middle image was stamped from the Hostess Set in the new catalog called Four Seasons (126832) and in Summer Starfruit Ink(12699). I colored the bird again using my markers and stamped it, punched it out with the 1" circle punch and applied ti with a Stampin Dimensional(104430). I add some hemp twine on either side since it kind of reminded me of a nest. Saturday, June 30, 2012
