Happy 4th of July

I remembered seeing this bird in the "In Wilderness" set and thought he would make a great 4th of July card. He looks so proud and regal. Then I got to thinking (there I go again) and wondered if this bird was an eagle or a falcon or what. Not sure but I'm going with the eagle!!! I watercolored him with Soft Suede and a little Chocolate Chip ink. More Mustard for his beak. Matted him on Cherry Cobbler and Night of Navy card stock with punched stars. I hope whatever you are doing today is fun but safe and remember our service men and women overseas. Proud to be an American!!!!
